PDAPS is currently maintained by the Center for Public Health Law Research at the Temple University Beasley School of Law as part of its Policy Surveillance Program. PDAPS was initially developed by Legal Science, LLC, with funding from the US National Institute on Drug Abuse (#HHSN271201500081C). PDAPS builds upon the work of staff and grantees of the RWJF Public Health Law Research Program, based at Temple Law School, including PHLR Associate Director Alexander Wagenaar, PhD.
